Standup Cocktail Party - 5 to 6 square feet per person
Buffet Dinner - 7 to 8 square feet per person
Sit Down Dinner - 12 square feet per person using 48", 60" or 72" round tables. 10 Square feet per person using 6' or 8' long banquet tables.
Dance area - 2 to 3 square feet per person.
